Event Details

Teambuilding

Guests are divided into teams and each paired with a chef to create the courses for the evening meal. With the guidance of their team chef, they will discover the secrets of plate presentation and flavors. The “mise en place”, which means the dirty work of cleaning seafood, trimming meats and chopping garlic, will have been done by Chefs on the Loose staff ahead of time. The teams will be doing the final cooking and assembly of the courses.

Each team will collaborate on the preparation of dishes as their contribution to the meal, which will served as a seated lunch or dinner. Chefs on The Loose’s custom, gourmet programs are the perfect recipe for a relaxed, fun, team building event.

Social Entertaining

We’ll be happy to entertain your guests with our hands-on or demonstration style cooking classes. Our kitchen is versatile, so add just the right pinch of fun to your event by putting on an apron to participate in the cooking or just pull up a chair to watch our chefs in action. Guests may mingle and nosh while the kitchen team is preparing the meal.

The possibilities are endless in our unique venue for your next meeting or to get your team cooking with one of our program styles. From a simple hors d’oeuvres reception, to a speaker presentation or a seated dinner, Chefs on the Loose gives you a different solution for spicing things up.

Hands-on events allow participants to cook the meal themselves under the guidance of our chefs.

Demonstration events are observation-style with guests either comfortably seated facing the Chefs on the Loose prep table or in a casual cocktail style where food and drink is offered throughout the event.

Chef-Prepared Dinner Party

Private dining dinner parties in our unique Chefs on the Loose venue are perfect for thank you dinners with special clients, celebration in conclusion of a successful project, or a very special personal occasion. Our chefs are busily preparing a 4-course dinner in the kitchen when your guests arrive to enjoy light appetizers and wine. When the preparation is complete, all of your guests sit and dine together with full wine pairings.
